Feedback and Enquiry form

Non-urgent enquiries and feedback

Hertfordshire Constabulary welcomes all feedback. We’d like to hear from you about when we get things right or have done something well. We’d also like you to tell us about when we get things wrong.

We will use all of your comments to help us to improve the services we provide.

Using this form

Don’t use this form if your enquiry is urgent. If it is an emergency and you need the police to attend as quickly as possible, you should phone 999 and ask for the police.

Only use this non-urgent enquiry and feedback form if there is something you want to tell us or wish to ask. You should use it to:

  • make an enquiry
  • report good service
  • make a complaint

Reporting good service

Tell us if:

  • you feel the service you received from us is worthy of comment
  • the officer who helped you has ‘gone that extra mile’
  • you want to express your thanks for any services we have provided

We will treat all of your comments confidentially. However, we do need your name and some contact information so we can provide you with a response.

We will acknowledge receipt of your form in five days. We will also let you know who is dealing with your enquiry or comments.

We will provide a response or update within 28 days.
