Police are releasing the image of a bike they recovered in Waltham Cross and are appealing for its owner to make contact.

On February 9 at around 1am the bike was seized during an arrest and officers believe that it was stolen from Cheshunt the same day.

The bike is described as a black BTWin Rockrider mountain bike with multi-coloured spokes.

Anyone who recognises this bike is asked to contact PC Mark Gardner via the Hertfordshire Constabulary non-emergency number 101.

Photos of recovered items also available to view on, which is a website featuring details of property lost, found or recovered within Hertfordshire, to help find the rightful owners. They are also available to view via the Herts Police Facebook page.
