Older people, especially those who have built up savings and live alone can become targets of criminals.
To reach our growing population of older residents, we've set up Senior Watch. It works like Neighbourhood Watch, informing members via email about current crime and safety risks that affect older residents and provides helpful preventative advice.
We're asking local senior residents to join the scheme. We also want anyone with older neighbours or relatives, or who cares for an elderly person in a personal or professional capacity to join and share information with older people, especially if they're not online.
To find out more about Senior Watch, and how to join, go to Herts Connected.
Alternatively, send an email and ask for details from the Watch Liaison Team.
