You can use this form to add something to a missing person report for someone who is still missing, for example if you have remembered something or found out something new that you think we should know.

We'll ask you for reference numbers for the original missing person report.

But don't worry if you don't have a reference number, we'll be able to find the original report as long as you can give us details like their name.
