I write in connection with your request for information received on 14 March 2025. I note you seek access to the following information:

For the year 01 January 2024 to 31 December 2024, please provide the following:
Police officers
The number of voluntary resignations during this period where the officer had:
- less than 1 year of service
- 1-2 years of service
- 2-<5 years of service
- 5-<10 years of service
- 10-<15 years of service
- 15-<20 years of service
- 20-<25 years of service

Police staff
The number of voluntary resignations during this period where the officer had:

Following searches conducted within the collaborated Human Resources Department of the three force’s, please find below the information you have requested.
***PLEASE NOTE***
The leavers data below, may not be entirely accurate as some employees return back to work for the force in a new role.
The length of service has been calculated using the difference between contract start date and contract end date in years.
These police officers and staff were employed by either Bedfordshire Police, Cambridgeshire or Hertfordshire Constabularies and had a leaving reason containing the word “resignation” only.
