It is alleged that Former PC Alexandra Nicolaou Breached the Standards of Professional Behaviour as set out in Schedule 2 of the Police (Conduct) Regulations 2020, to the level of Gross Misconduct of listed below:
It is alleged that whilst serving as a police officer, on 07/06/2022 PC Nicolaou unlawfully accessed a police computer system and shared police information with a member of public with whom she was in a relationship, she had no reasonable justification or policing purpose for doing so. On 16/06/2022 PC Nicolaou unlawfully searched for and accessed police data relating to a person with whom she was in a relationship. On 31/07/2026 PC Nicolaou was convicted of a S.1 Computer Misuse Act offence in relation to her actions on 16/06/2022.
