A man has pleaded guilty to several offences following the execution of a warrant in Bishop’s Stortford.

Officers attended an address in Kingfisher Way on Friday, December 29 before conducting a search of the property.

An Audi S3 was seized and a large quantity of cash and drugs were also recovered.

Jonathan Young, aged 26, of Cavell Court, Bishop’s Stortford, appeared at Hatfield Remand Court yesterday (Tuesday, January 2) and pleaded guilty to:

  • Possession of a Class A drug (cocaine) with intent to supply
  • Possession of a Class B drug (cannabis)
  • One count of assault by beating (in relation to a police officer)

Young has been remanded into custody and is due to appear for sentencing at St Albans Crown Court on February 2, 2018.
