Appeal following robbery in Hertford

Officers investigating a robbery in Hertford are appealing for anyone with information to get in contact.

Between 5.45pm and 5.50pm on Tuesday, January 22 a man was cycling through Hartham Common in the direction of Sainsbury’s when another a man knocked him from his bicycle and stole his bike.

The offender cycled off towards Ware, after which the victim, a man in his 20s, got up and chased after him but the offender got away.
