CCTV appeal following criminal damage in Hertford

Police are releasing CCTV images of a man they would like to speak to after a number of shop windows were smashed in Hertford.

Criminal damage was caused to a total of five shops in the town between 3.10am and 3.15am on Sunday, September 16.

They are:

  • Serendipity, Parliament Square.
  • Hertford Hair, Fore Street.
  • Oishii, The Wash.
  • The Job Centre, Parliament Square.
  • The Chinese Medicine Centre, Parliament Square.

PCSO Dean Richardson said: “This criminal damage has caused thousands of pounds worth of damage and inconvenience to the business owners.

“We’d like to speak to the man pictured as we believe he may have information that can help our investigation.

“I appreciate that the CCTV images are not the best quality but if you believe you recognise the man please contact me by emailing, calling the non-emergency number 101 quoting crime reference 41/37651/18 or report information online.
