Meet your local officers at Buntingford charity coffee afternoon

Officers from the Safer Neighbourhood Team in Buntingford are hosting a charity coffee afternoon this month, to allow residents to speak with them about any local issues while also raising money for a good cause.
The event will take place in the communal garden outside the police station in Baldock Road, on Friday 26 August, between noon and 2.30pm. Proceeds will go to breast cancer charities.
Local officers will be on hand to chat to residents over a slice of cake about any issues which are causing them concern or to feel unsafe in the area.
PCSO Karen Broad, who has organised the event, said: “It is so important for members of the public to share information with us, so that we can ensure we’re focusing our efforts on the issues that matter most to local residents.
“Events such as this allow people to meet with their local officers in a more relaxed and informal setting and we hope to see as many people as possible on the day.”
If you are unable to attend the event you can still give your views via our anonymous online feedback platform echo.
