Welwyn Hatfield residents will be able to meet their local policing team at the Howard Centre on Friday (25 November).
Officers from the Safer Neighbourhood Team will be hosting a stall in the Welwyn Garden City shopping centre between 10am and 3pm, offering crime prevention advice.
Residents will also be able to sign up to OWL where they can receive police messages about a range of topics including burglaries, scams and missing people in the local area.
PC Yasmin Rogers, from the Welwyn Hatfield Safer Neighbourhood Team, said: “We’re looking forward to speaking to lots of residents and helping with any problems they’re having.
“Opportunities to meet with residents face to face are always useful, both for us and the public, so I encourage people to come along. Is there something we can help with? Or an issue you want to let us know about? Please come along on Friday and we’ll help sort it.
“If you can’t make the event, you can still share your views with us by using the constabulary’s community voice platform, echo.”
To receive police messages about a range of topics including burglaries, scams and missing people in your local area, sign up to OWL or download the ‘OWL crime alerts’ app from your app store.
