Police are appealing for witnesses and information following an assault on Old River Lane in Bishop’s Stortford.
At around 10.20pm on Friday 28 July, officers responded to a call reporting that several men were involved in an altercation.
Police, along with the ambulance service attended the scene. Three men were taken to hospital for treatment. Their injuries are not believed to be life threatening.
PC Emma Aron-Randall said: “This was a serious assault and we believe at least five individuals were involved. I am appealing for anyone who may have witnessed the incident, or the events leading up to it, to please come forward.
