A man has been charged with burglary and vehicle interference following incidents in Watford.
Ryan Gallagher, aged 31, of Orchard Close in Radlett, was arrested on Tuesday (29 August).
He was charged on the same day for the following offences:
Gallagher has been remanded in prison ahead of a hearing at St Albans Crown Court on Wednesday 27 September.
