Police are appealing for witnesses and information following a burglary in Bushey.
At around 1.45am on Wednesday 9 August, JJ Dry Cleaners in Bushey was broken into, and the offender forced entry to the shop.
They have then appeared to take items from the shop before exiting and leaving the scene.
When the victim returned the next morning, they discovered that the window to the shop had been damaged and an untidy search had taken place, during which cash from the till and a mobile phone had been taken.
PC Abegael Houlihan, from the Bushey Safer Neighbourhood Team, said: “I’d like to hear from anyone who witnessed this burglary or spotted anything suspicious occurring in the area around the time of the incident.
“We are looking to speak to a male of slim build, who was wearing a black coat, black jogging bottoms and a black hoodie. He was also wearing a black Nike backpack at the time of the incident.
“If you have any information which may help our investigation, please contact me by email (opens in a new window).”
