Officers investigating a road rage incident in Watford are appealing for witnesses or anyone with dash cam footage to come forward.
The incident happened on North Western Avenue at 4.45pm on Saturday 23 December.
The victim, a man aged in his 20s, was travelling in a vehicle when he became involved in an altercation with a person in another car.
This continued at the Dome Roundabout and resulted in the victim being threatened with a taser, however he was not injured during the incident.
As part of their enquiries, officers are now appealing for witnesses, information and dash cam footage.
PC Kieran Dolan, who is investigating, said: “We are particularly keen to speak to the driver of a grey Volkswagen Golf as we believe they will have information that could greatly assist our inquiry.
“In addition, we would like to hear from anyone who witnessed the incident at the time, or anyone who believes they captured what happened on their dashcam or smartphone.
“It happened on a main arterial route at a time of day when there would have been lots of vehicles and pedestrians around, so if you can help, please get in touch without delay.”
You can contact PC Dolan directly via email at [email protected], report online (opens in new window), use web chat (opens in new window) or call the non-emergency number 101. Please quote crime reference 41/102489/23 in any correspondence.
