Police are appealing for witnesses, information and dash cam footage following a serious collision in St Albans.
The incident occurred on Hatfield Road at the junction with Sutton Road just before 12.20pm on Friday 1 December, where it is reported that a white Renault and a pedestrian were in collision.
The pedestrian, a woman aged in her 70s, was airlifted to hospital with serious injuries.
Detective Sergeant Ben Heath from the Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire Serious Collision Investigation Unit said: “Our enquiries into this collision are continuing, and we are appealing for anyone with information to please come forward.
“If you were driving in the area and have a dash cam fitted, please check it as you may have captured some crucial footage that could assist our investigation. If you have any information, no matter how insignificant it may seem, please contact me.”
Anyone with information is asked to please contact Ben Heath via email (opens in a new window).
