The Welwyn Hatfield Safer Neighbourhood Team (SNT) have joined forces with Hatfield Library to arrange a number of beat surgeries for the community.
The first surgery takes place at the library in White Lion Square on Friday 20 January from 11am to 1pm.
PCSO Mark Randall, from the SNT, said: “Beat surgeries are a chance for you to speak to us face-to-face about any issues that are bothering you. As your Safer Neighbourhood Team, it’s our responsibility to tackle local neighbourhood issues such as anti-social behaviour.
“The team at Hatfield Library have kindly agreed for us to host surgeries every two months so there’s plenty of other opportunities to come along and meet us if you can’t make it this Friday.
“By coming along to the surgeries, you can let us know what you think we should be focusing on and you’ll also get lots of crime prevention advice.
“Please do come along, even if it’s just to say hello! We will do our very best to help with any issues that you raise.”
