A lady who died in a collision in Croxley Green has been described as ‘full of joy and laughter’.
At around 6.15pm on Thursday 28 September, a collision occurred in Sarratt Road, involving a black Volkswagen Golf, a pedestrian and her pet dog.
Cheryl Edwards, aged 62, sadly died at the scene along with her beloved pet, Freddie.
The family of Cheryl, who lived in Croxley Green, have paid tribute to her.
In a statement, Cheryl’s family said: “Cheryl was an amazingly caring, loving and adventurous mother, nanny and friend. Full of joy and laughter, Cheryl is loved and will be missed but never forgotten in the hearts of those she touched throughout her life.”
Officers from the Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire Road Policing Unit are continuing to investigate the collision. Anyone who saw what happened or has information should get in contact with police.
