The Welwyn Hatfield Safer Neighbourhood Team (SNT) are asking the public what local issues they would like police to prioritise.
The SNT are tasked with fixing short- and long-term neighbourhood issues such as anti-social behaviour. The officers work closely with local partners including the council and schools to achieve this.
The team regularly sets out priorities to focus on and these are influenced by the public’s concerns.
Residents are being encouraged to have their say on what the new police priorities should be.
The public have until Monday 11 September to submit their views on echo, the constabulary’s community voice platform.
SNT Inspector Amy Sheldon said: “I want to make sure that the public’s voice is heard so we are encouraging residents to get in touch and share their views.
“What do you think we should prioritise? Is there a particular issue you are concerned about? Please let us know before Monday so that it can help inform our decisions when choosing the new priorities.”
Please use our community voice platform ‘echo’ to let us know what you think we should be prioritising in your area. Visit the following and tell us your thoughts.
