Police are appealing for witnesses and information following a robbery in Radlett.
The incident occurred between 7.20pm and 7.40pm on Sunday 1 October.
It was reported that the victim was followed by a man in Watling Street as she was walking back home.
The man allegedly grabbed the victim and held her to the floor, before taking a pink iPhone 13 and making off towards a parade of shops.
Detective Sergeant Colin Knowles said: “This is an unusual incident with the use of force, and I am appealing to anyone who witnessed the incident or has any information to contact me.
“Additionally, if you have CCTV of the area at the time of the incident, please review this to see if it captured the robbery.”
“If you are offered a cheap phone for sale that matches this description, we would like to hear from you.”
