Three people have been arrested as part of continuing enquiries into an affray in Borehamwood yesterday afternoon (Wednesday 13 September).
Police attended Milby Court at around 4.55pm, following reports that an altercation had occurred between a group of people. It was also reported that weapons, including knives and hammers, had been seen during the incident.
Detective Inspector Beth Hana, from the Local Crime Unit, said: “Three arrests have been made in connection with the incident and our enquiries are continuing to trace other individuals who are believed to have been involved.
“We have seized weapons and are conducting hi-visibility patrols in the area. I want to reassure the public that we are working to get to the bottom of what is a complex investigation.
“We’d like to ask any witnesses who haven’t yet spoken to us to please get in touch and if you were in the area at the time, please check your dash cam and CCTV footage.”
