A serving Metropolitan Police officer pleaded not guilty to an offence of rape when he appeared at St Albans Crown Court today (Monday 15).
Jake Cummings, 25 ,who lives in Hemel Hempstead was produced from custody for the pre-trial preparation hearing. During the hearing he also pleaded not guilty to two counts of stalking and two counts of controlling and coercive behaviour.
A trial date was set for September 2, 2024 at St Albans Crown Court. Cummings was remanded back into custody.
