WGC man charged with further offences

A Welwyn Garden City man has been charged with further offences ahead of his upcoming trial.

Aaron Douglas, aged 22, of Beehive Lane in Welwyn Garden City, has now been charged with the following:

• 12 counts of criminal damage between 26 and 28 February 2024
• Threats to kill on 28 February 2024
• Section 4a public order offence on 28 February 2024

Douglas had been charged with attempted murder and two counts of possession of a bladed article following an incident in Hall Grove, Welwyn Garden City on Monday 26 February.

His trial is set for St Albans Crown Court on Monday 29 July and he remains remanded in custody.
