Police are appealing for witnesses and information following a robbery in Borehamwood.
At around 9.20pm on Sunday 15 December, three teenagers – two boys and a girl - were walking along Studio Way when a dark-coloured vehicle stopped next to them.
A number of males wearing balaclavas then reportedly exited the vehicle before two of the teenagers were assaulted and a backpack was stolen. The third victim had her pockets looked through.
Investigator Chloe Harding, from the Local Crime Unit, said: “The nature of this incident is concerning, and officers are doing all they can to trace those responsible.
“CCTV footage from the area suggest there may have been several people who saw what happened and have information to assist our investigation.
“If you saw anything, or witnessed anyone acting suspiciously at this time, please email me.”
