Officers are appealing for information, witnesses and dash cam footage following a collision in Stevenage yesterday (Tuesday 27 February).
The incident happened in Hitchin Road/A602 close to the Coreys Mill Lane roundabout. At around 2.20pm, a pedestrian and a white Peugeot van were involved in a collision.
The pedestrian, a woman, was taken to hospital with serious but non life-threatening injuries.
Sergeant Tim Davies, from the Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire Road Policing Unit, said: “I am appealing for any witnesses or anyone with information to get in touch. Did you see what happened? Or did you see the events leading up to the collision? Please get in touch if you can help by emailing me (opens in a new window).
“I would also like to hear from anybody who captured what happened on dash cam. If you were driving in the area with a dash cam fitted, please check it and get in contact if you spot anything that might help us. Dash cam footage can be uploaded (opens in a new window).”
