Police are appealing for witnesses and dash cam footage following a collision in Stevenage.
The collision occurred just before 6pm yesterday (Monday 15 July) at the crossroads junction on Gresley Way near Uplands.
A motorbike and a Volkswagen Up were involved.
The motorcyclist sustained serious injuries which are not deemed to be life-threatening and was taken to hospital for treatment. No other injuries were reported.
Sergeant Tim Davies, from the Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire Road Policing Unit said: “This would’ve been a fairly busy time of the day with people returning home from work. I am appealing for anyone who was in the area at the time and may have witnessed the collision to please come forward.
“If you have a dash cam fitted, please review your footage as you may have captured something that could assist us with our investigation.
“We believe there was at least one other driver in the area that may have witnessed what happened and are particularly keen to trace them.
“If you have any information at all, no matter how insignificant it may seem, please get in touch.”
Anyone with information is asked to please email Sergeant Davies.
You can also report information online, speak to an operator in our Force Communications Room via our online web chat or call the non-emergency number 101, quoting ISR 680 of 15 July.
