Officers attended the scene and a 33 year old man was arrested on suspicion of stalking. He remains in custody at this time.
Detective Sergeant Adam Haines, from the East Herts Local Crime Unit, said: “We appreciate this news will be alarming but I hope residents feel reassured by the quick arrest. Reports of this nature are always taken extremely seriously.
“We are now appealing for information and witnesses who may be able to help our enquiries. Please get in touch by emailing me at [email protected] quoting ISR 287 of 21 March.
“I would like to remind the public not to speculate or share images online relating to the incident as this could interfere with the progress of the investigation.”
