A man has been charged and remanded following an incident in Buntingford yesterday (Thursday 21 March).
Police were called at 11.47am to reports that a man had followed a woman and her child from the High Street towards the Darton Way area.
Foyzur Rahman, aged 33, was arrested yesterday and has now been charged with:

Rahman appeared at Hatfield Remand Court today (Friday 22 March).
Detective Inspector Manjit Khela, from the East Herts Local Crime Unit, said: “Reports of this nature are always taken extremely seriously and we hope that the news of this quick arrest and subsequent charge is reassuring to residents.
“Once again, I would like to remind the public not to speculate or share images online relating to the incident as this could interfere with court proceedings.
“We are also still keen to hear from anybody who has information that could help us. Please get in touch if you saw what happened or have other useful information.”
