The Welwyn Hatfield Neighbourhood Policing Team have announced more events to mark the national month of action against retail crime.
Officers will be hosting crime prevention stalls on the following dates:
The month of action is an initiative introduced by the National Business Crime Centre.
The stalls will be an opportunity for local business owners/retail workers to find out more about how they can keep safe from crimes such as theft, burglary and assault.
PCSO Stacey Robinson, from the Neighbourhood Policing Team, said: “We’ve already hosted a number of other stalls in John Lewis which proved popular so this is another opportunity for people to come along.
“We work hard to tackle business crime all year round but we hope these planned events remind the local retail community that we are here to help you.
“Even if you don’t have a link to retail or business, we are more than happy for you to pop along and see us for a chat. If there is anything worrying you about local crime, we will do our best to help and advise you.”
