Detectives are trying to trace the victim of an assault in Stevenage as part of their enquiries.
Between 1.30am and 2.30am on Saturday 19 October, a woman was reportedly assaulted on High Street.
The victim was also pushed into a glass window, causing it to smash, and left the scene before officers arrived.
A 23-year-old man from the town was arrested on suspicion of common assault and criminal damage. He has since been released on police bail while enquiries continue.
Detective Constable Wayne Walker, who is investigating, said: “As part of our investigation, I am urging anyone with information to please contact us.
“I am particularly keen to trace the victim, who is currently unknown to us. Additionally, if you were in the area at the time and saw what happened, please email me directly.”
