It is reported there was an altercation involving occupants of a black BMW and shots being fired. The man on the e-bike suffered a serious injury.

In addition to this, two women were also arrested on Wednesday on suspicion of perverting the course of justice.
Following evidence gathered by the Major Crime Unit, detectives have now charged three more people in connection with the incident.
In August, officers charged Hekmat Galmne, aged 26, of Village Way, Pinner, with attempted murder. He was remanded into custody ahead of his next court appearance on 26 September.
A 38-year-old woman who was arrested in Toms Lane, Kings Langley, has been released on police bail.
Detective Inspector Mark Butler, from the Major Crime Unit, said: “I hope these charges send a clear message to those involved that we are committed to disrupting criminality which has no place in Hertfordshire. We have now charged four people in connection with this investigation and will continue to work tirelessly and exhaust every line of enquiry.”
Watford Chief Inspector Andy Wiseman added: “I’m pleased that we have made significant progress with these charges and would like to thank all the teams involved.
