Police are appealing for witnesses and information following a serious road traffic collision in Cheshunt.
At 1.23am on Friday 21 February, officers were called to a collision on Crossbrook Street involving a red Nissan Juke.
A man sustained serious injuries and was taken to hospital.
Another man was arrested on suspicion of causing serious injury by driving without due care and attention, failing to stop at the scene of a road traffic collision and driving whilst unfit through drink/drugs. He has since been released on bail pending further enquiries.
PC Ryan Moore from the Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire Road Policing Unit said: “Our enquiries continue, and I am urging anyone with information to contact police.
“Did you see what happened, or witness a red Nissan Juke driving in the area around this time? Please email me with any information.”
You can also report information online, speak to an operator in our Force Communications Room via our online web chat or call the non-emergency number 101, quoting ISR 161 of 21 February.
Alternatively, you can stay 100% anonymous by contacting the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 or via their untraceable online form.
If you have dash cam footage in relation to the collision, please upload this via DAMS.
