A man has been charged and remanded by the courts in connection with a spate of burglaries in East Herts and North London.
Detectives within East Herts CID have been investigating, following reports of a burglary in Kings Court and Stortford Hall Park in Bishop’s Stortford, Cross Street in Ware, and Hoe Lane, in Enfield, North London.
Charlie Akhurst, of no fixed address, was charged on Friday 20 March with four counts of burglary and theft, two counts of fraud by false representation, and one count of being in possession of a Class B drug (cannabis).
Later that day, Akhurst appeared at Hatfield Magistrates Court, where he was remanded into custody ahead of his next court appearance at St Albans Crown Court on Tuesday 21 April.
