Three drug gang members who were part of a supply network operating in the Welwyn Hatfield area have been jailed for a total of more than 17 years.
They were arrested following an investigation by Hertfordshire Constabulary’s County Lines Investigation Unit, who raided a series of addresses in Borehamwood and Welwyn Garden City in December 2025. During the operation officers seized more than £10,000 in cash, along with half a kilo of cocaine and several bladed weapons.
The trio appeared St Albans Crown Court on Tuesday 29 January, and after pleading guilty, were sentenced as follows:
Detective Sergeant Chris Cowell, from the CLIU, said: “This operation was the culmination of months of work from the CLIU and Case Investigations Unit, which targeted a major drug gang, run by Gee, Waller and Campbell, in Welwyn Garden City and surrounding areas.
“These drug lines are run by organised crime groups who use violence and commit a whole range of crimes that pose a real threat to the community. Our investigations depend on information from members of the public to help us crack down on drug-related crime. Any information you can provide, no matter how small it may seem, could help us to identify and apprehend drug dealers.”

County Lines Investigation Unit
The County Lines Investigation Unit was launched in 2018 and is made up of officers who specialise in targeting serious and organised crime. Since May 2019 the team has executed hundreds of search warrants, more than 500 arrests and seized over £650,000 in cash. This has led to numerous county lines gangs being dismantled and offenders sentenced to more than 1,000 years in prison in total.
