Cat took over as the Chief Officer lead in 2022 for Custody, Criminal Justice and Joint Strategy and Transformation. Areas for which she leads across Beds, Cambs and Herts include Administration of Justice, Firearms and Explosives Licensing, Cameras Tickets and Collisions, Collaborated Business Planning, Digital Innovation and Transformational Change Delivery.
She is the national lead for the National Policing Chief’s Council (NPCC) Women in the Criminal Justice System (women offenders) portfolio.
