Pay and benefits
Your pay level is dependent on the grade of your role, but several benefits are available to all our police staff.
You will be eligible to join the Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS). This is a contributory Career Average Revalued Earnings (CARE) scheme to which we, as the employer, contributes to as well.
Some police staff roles will require you to work a shift pattern, for which you may receive an additional allowance. Please refer to each advertised vacancy for more information.
