I am the Neighbourhood Inspector for Hertsmere, managing the neighbourhood teams that cover Bushey and Radlett , Borehamwood and Elstree and Potters Bar and Shenley. I also manage the local Community Safety Unit which deals with matters such as anti-social behaviour, hate crime and licensing.
Sgt Cann is the neighbourhood sergeant overseeing Borehamwood and Elstree.
PC Chalkley has been a constable since 2006. He covers Hillside Ward in Borehamwood.
PCSO Supervisor Lewis has been a PCSO since 2020 and covers Borehamwood and Elstree.
PCSO Lancaster covers Kenilworth ward and has been a PCSO since 2007.
PCSO Sophie Eldridge covers Brookmeadow ward and the town centre. She has been a PCSO in Hertsmere since 2010.
PCSO Conway is the local PCSO for Elstree ward. He has been a PCSO since 2014.
My role mainly consists of partnership working to safeguard and crack down on anti-social behaviour in Hertsmere.
I utilise the Anti-Social Behaviour Crime and Policing Act 2014 legislation to assist me with my job, which includes the use of civil and criminal orders.
I joined Hertfordshire Constabulary in 1992 and worked in uniform and detective roles until I retired in 2019 when I re-joined the Constabulary as a police staff member. My current role as Licensing Officer for Hertsmere involves reviewing licensing applications, investigating offences, ensuring compliance with the Licensing Act and working with partner agencies to support licensed premises.
