We have been working hard to identify those contributing to ASB in the area and we are working closely with partner agencies and schools.
We have been working with partners to ensure that vacant premises are properly secured. This is to prevent those who would seek to trespass from gaining entry and causing damage. We’ve also been educating parents around talking to their children about the dangers of exploring abandoned buildings.
We’ve been working on solutions to prevent the alleyway next to McDonalds being used for criminality and ASB. This has included installing a gate to prevent access.
