During the last period in the Bishop’s Stortford and Sawbridgeworth area, the priorities that you wanted officers to focus on were:
• East Herts Rural: Officers will continue to crack down on anti-social behaviour in Buntingford town centre and tackle fly-tipping across the area.
• Bishop’s Stortford and Sawbridgeworth: Residents have said they want a focus on improving feelings of safety in Pishiobury Park, as well as Grange Paddocks.
• Ware and Stanstead Abbotts: The community has asked local officers to focus on reducing anti-social behaviour in The Priory and surrounding industrial areas, as well as tackling the anti-social use of e-bikes along the towpath between Ware and Stanstead Abbotts.
• Hertford: Officers will focus on tackling anti-social behaviour in Birchley Green and the anti-social use of e-bikes in Hartham.

In the last period of priorities, officers:
Have carried out patrols in Grange Paddocks in which they engaged with park users, and community groups. As part of the effort to increase the feelings of safety in the area, in partnership with the East Herts Parks and open spaces team they have conducted a visual audit, and discussed encouraging natural lighting in the area by reducing the overhanging trees, scrubs and ensuring pathways are safe.
We also spoke about Water Safety and signage along with rescue equipment. We have spoken with Grange Paddocks Leisure Centre Team , and we have placed Feelings of Safety Survey in the centre encouraging the community and Leisure Centre users to give feedback on Safety, working in partnership with the Centre Management Team.
In Sawbridgeworth, local officers have carried out Walk and Talk sessions within Pishiobury Park and carried out engagements with the local community.
There are more events happening in the coming weeks.
