As the Hertsmere Neighbourhood inspector I managed three neighbourhood teams covering Borehamwood/ Elstree , Potters Bar/Shenley and Bushey/ Radlett . My teams are responsible for longer term problem solving with our partners within our communities/ towns, engaging with our communities to build up trust and confidence and tackling neighbourhood crime. I also manage the community safety unit in Hertsmere which deals with ASB , Licensing matters and hate crime.
The new priorities for May to August are as follows:

We've carried out high visibility patrols in the area. We've also hosted engagement events with our local partners, giving residents the chance to speak to us face to face about any concerns.
