I have been a PCSO for over 15 years and have always worked in Potters Bar. I cover the Oakmere ward and enjoy walking round the town and speaking to the local residents.
I have worked for the Constabulary for 22 years. I worked on the front desk at Potters Bar Police Station from 2000, until it’s closure in 2011 and have been in my current role as a PCSO for 11 years initially on Parkfield Ward and now cover Bentley Heath and The Royds ward.
I joined Hertfordshire Constabulary as a PCSO in May of 2004 alongside other officers and PCSO of the Potters Bar Safer Neighbourhood Team.
You will mostly see me on the Furzefield ward on foot patrol or E-Bike.

I have been a PCSO in Potters Bar since 2009. I cover the Parkfield ward. I will often be found patrolling Darkes Lane.
I am the local PCSO for Shenley, South Mimms and Ridge.
These are three lovely villages and I often patrol on bicycle.
I joined Hertfordshire Constabulary in 2009 where i began working as a PCSO in Hatfield. I predominantly worked alongside the University of Hertfordshire on the Uni Police Team, which led me to becoming involved with most of the Town. In 2014, I joined as a Police Constable, stationed at Hertford Police Station for 2 years before returning to Welwyn Hatfield as a Safer Neighbourhood Police Officer. Here, I took responsibility for Welwyn Garden City Town Centre and the Handside Ward. In 2020, I began the promotion process of becoming a Sergeant by managing the response team based out of Hatfield, before returning to the Safer Neighbourhood Team as the Sergeant looking after the Hatfield West Ward. Much of my career has been dedicated to Safer Neighbourhood Policing and is an area that I am passionate about. Community policing is an extremely powerful tool to build confidence in policing and to help the local people and businesses to feel included, safe and reassured.

I joined Hertfordshire police in 1997 and have enjoyed a variety of roles across the county including Intervention, Student Officer Trainer, ANPR (automatic number plate recognition) Team, Roads Policing, Safer Neighbourhood Team and now feel privileged to be supporting victims and raising awareness of Hate Crime and spending time engaging with our harder to reach communities.
I am PC 931 Amabilino, I am Potters Bar born and bred, joining Hertfordshire Constabulary in 2020. In 2023, I joined the Safer Neighbourhood Team covering Potters Bar and Shenley.
I joined the police in 2018 and was previously stationed in Bushey. I now cover Potters Bar, South Mimms and Shenley with the Potters Bar Safer Neighbourhood Team.
I have worked for Hertfordshire Constabulary for 15 years. Firstly as a PCSO covering Elstree for 7 years, and then I transferred to the role of ASB officer in 2014.
My role mainly consists of partnership working to safeguard and crack down on Anti Social Behaviour in Hertsmere.
I utilise the Anti-Social Behaviour Crime and Policing Act 2014 legislation to assist me with my job, which includes the use of civil and criminal orders.
I am PC 1099 Hill and have been a constable since 2019, and prior to that had been a PCSO since 2016. I am part of the team that looks after Potters Bar and Shenley.
I joined Hertfordshire Constabulary in 1992 and worked in uniform and Detective roles until I retired in 2019 when I re-joined the Constabulary as a Police Staff member. My current role as Licensing Officer for Hertsmere involves reviewing Licensing applications, investigating offences, ensuring compliance with the Licensing Act and working with Partner Agencies to support Licensed premises.
I am the Chief Inspector for Hertsmere Community Safety Partnership (CSP) and have overall strategic responsibility for policing in the CSP.

I joined Hertfordshire Constabulary in 2002 starting as an Intervention Officer in St Albans then becoming a Detective in 2004. I then joined the Safer neighbourhood team, Hertsmere in 2012 and worked in both Borehamwood and Bushey as a Sergeant then moved to Potters Bar and Shenley in 2016 where I look after a team of PCs and PCSOs.
I am the Hertsmere SNT inspector , managing three different neighbourhood teams , Bushey and Radlett , Borehamwood and Elstree and Potters Bar and Elstree . I also manage the local community safety unit that deals with matters such as Anti social behaviour, Hate crime and Licensing .
I am PC 2840 Sophie Stalley and I cover all of Potters Bar, Shenley and South Mimms.
You said: Reduce incidents of anti-social behaviour in Darkes Lane, Potters Bar. This is a continuation of previous local priorities for this area.

We did:
• Proactive patrols have been carried out.
• Two young people were stopped and searched, resulting in cannabis being found. They are due to be interviewed by police.
• Officers have been working collaboratively with British Transport Police and staff at the railway station, to identify potential offenders. The operations have resulted in several people being found in possession of cannabis during stop searches.
• Two warnings have been issued to young people who were seen riding e-scooters illegally in the area. If caught again, the scooters can be seized.

We did:
• Proactive patrols have been carried out to identify anyone involved. As a result, a male has been given a s59 warning for riding an off-road trial bike anti-socially on Darkes Lane. Should this behaviour continue, the bike will be seized.
• A Traffic Offence Report (TOR) was issued during a car meet at South Mimms services, which was causing alarm to members of the public.
• A disqualified driver had his vehicle seized after being seen driving on Mutton Lane by local officers.

We did:
• Officers have conducted operations, both plain-clothed and uniformed. A potential shoplifter was stopped before an offence occurred.
• They have also spoken to numerous stores, giving advice around crime prevention, reporting methods and good evidence capture.
• A meeting has taken place with the management of two stores with the highest levels of crime, to discuss ways in which we can work collaboratively to tackle shoplifting in the long term.
