During our last survey residents asked us to focus on preventing burglary and retail related crime.
Action taken:
• Patrols have been carried out.
• Crime prevention advice has been shared with residents at engagement events and via Herts Connected.
• Crime prevention campaigns have featured on social media.
• Advice has been given to retailers.
• Local businesses have been assisted in issuing banning letters preventing people from entering stores.
• CCTV appeals are being issued to identify offenders. -

We’re currently consulting the public on the issues they would like to see their local policing teams focusing on as a priority.
