I am PCSO 6108 Alan Waller and have been a police community support officer since 2009. I have responsibility for Chorleywood.
I am Alyssa Kite and I have been a Police Community Support Officer since 2021.
The areas I am responsible for are Chorleywood and Sarratt.

I am Sergeant 2205 Adam Johnson and have been a police officer since 2007. I have spent all of my time on the front line working in a variety of different departments and geographical areas within the County including Response, Roads Policing, Custody & Safer Neighbourhoods. I started my in current role at Three Rivers Community Safety Unit in September 2023
It is my privilege and pleasure to hold the role of Chief Inspector in the Three Rivers CSP. Three Rivers has police stations at Rickmansworth, South Oxhey and Abbots Langley and works closely across a diverse and vibrant community. Our geography consists of a mix of rural and urban areas, and we work closely with Three Rivers District Council.
We enjoy policing a generally supportive community here in Three Rivers and maintaining public trust and confidence is very important to me. To do this we promote high standards to deliver our policing response and work collaboratively with partners to help keep people safe.
My team works hard to reduce crime and ASB and we have a range of resources and tactics at our disposal with a problem solving and prevention first ethos at the heart of everything we do.
I am PC 1650 BARTLETT and have been a constable since 2020. I have responsibility for MILL END and MAPLE CROSS.
I have have been on RICKMANSWORTH Intervention since I joined the Police but I have recently started working on the Safer Neighbourhood Team at the same station.

Hi I'm Dani and I'm the Hate Crime Officer for Watford and Three Rivers. My role see's me having oversight of all reported hate crime.
I also work with community groups and build on community cohesion, manage any tensions and ensure everyone is made welcome and supported across our towns.

I started my career with Thames Valley Police back in 2012 based out of Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire. I enjoyed a variety of different roles before transferring to Hertfordshire Constabulary.
I joined Hertfordshire Constabulary in 2017 working on both Response and Neighbourhood Teams within the Three Rivers district. This included a year on the Neighbourhood Team in South Oxhey.
In 2020 I joined the Rickmansworth Neighbourhood Team. I cover the Rickmansworth and Croxley Green District on a day to day basis and focus on the long term Policing Priorities within Chorleywood, Sarratt, Belsize, Loudwater and Heronsgate.

PC Stephen Cooke has been part of the local policing team for Rickmansworth and District for over ten years. PC Cooke is one of the cover officers for St ALBANS CROWN COURT liaison officer.

Following feedback from our community via our various platforms and community engagement events we have decided to focus on Violence Against Women and Girls and feelings of safety in our community. Supporting the national strategy, officers will be working relentlessly to reduce violent and psychological crime against women and girls, increasing the feelings of safety in our community. Local officers will be conducting regular foot patrols in and around Rickmansworth Town Centre and other areas highlighted in a recent Feelings of Safety survey such as in and around Rickmansworth Train Station. Officers will be facilitating various community engagement events such as offering self-defence classes funded by the Local Authority. Working closely with schools, officers will be providing preventative and safeguarding advice to our young persons.

Following feedback from our community via our various platforms and community engagement events we have decided to focus on speeding drivers, anti-social driving and parking. Speeding across all areas of Rickmansworth and district is the highest priority according to the feedback received from our community.
Action taken:
Therefore, ward officers will be conducting regular speed enforcement activities in the key areas that have been identified as a cause for concern, namely Croxley Green, Chorleywood, Sarratt & Mill End. Ward Officers will utilise tactics, equipment and preventative measures available to the SNT to enforce local speed limits and to provide high visibility presence in the community at least twice per month. Officers will promptly respond to and problem solve parking issues when reported. Officers will update social media with the results of their activity.

Following feedback from our community via our various platforms and community engagement events we have decided to focus on drug use and supply. According to feedback received from our community, drug use and supply across areas of Rickmansworth and district is the second highest ASB type highlighted.
Action taken:
Officers will be responding to and conducting proactive patrols in and around areas identified as a cause for concern. Officers will be using a problem solving and supportive approach when dealing with drug users. Officers will be utilising tactical tools, working with proactive units such as Operation Scorpion, to gather intelligence, to disrupt and deter drug dealing criminals in our community.
