I am Sergeant 2205 Adam Johnson and have been a police officer since 2007. I have spent all of my time on the front line working in a variety of different departments and geographical areas within the County including Response, Roads Policing, Custody & Safer Neighbourhoods. It is my privilege and pleasure to hold the role of Chief Inspector in the Three Rivers CSP. Three Rivers has police stations at Rickmansworth, South Oxhey and Abbots Langley and works closely across a diverse and vibrant community. Our geography consists of a mix of rural and urban areas, and we work closely with Three Rivers District Council.
We enjoy policing a generally supportive community here in Three Rivers and maintaining public trust and confidence is very important to me. To do this we promote high standards to deliver our policing response and work collaboratively with partners to help keep people safe.

Hi I'm Dani and I'm the Hate Crime Officer for Watford and Three Rivers. My role see's me having oversight of all reported hate crime.
I also work with community groups and build on community cohesion, manage any tensions and ensure everyone is made welcome and supported across our towns.

I started my career with Thames Valley Police back in 2012 based out of Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire. I enjoyed a variety of different roles before transferring to Hertfordshire Constabulary.
I joined Hertfordshire Constabulary in 2017 working on both Response and Neighbourhood Teams within the Three Rivers district. This included a year on the Neighbourhood Team in South Oxhey.
In 2020 I joined the Rickmansworth Neighbourhood Team. I cover the Rickmansworth and Croxley Green District on a day to day basis and focus on the long term Policing Priorities within Chorleywood, Sarratt, Belsize, Loudwater and Heronsgate.
